Run Club

Runner's Club

Run Club incorporates various distances and speeds of running along with core and strength exercises. It also focuses on the fundamentals of running and conditioning to improve stamina. (This would be beneficial for WODS and/or participating in races.)

Each week, athletes can challenge themselves. Athletes of all ability levels and experience are encouraged to attend.

Benefits
