I joined DT1 three years ago.  Why did I join? I have always been active (skateboarding, running, mountain biking) but became bored with the ordinary gym routine – working out alone without a plan.  Why have I stayed? – the members and the coaches.  The workouts are hard. but the group pushes each other. We make it fun and there are no egos. All levels of fitness are welcomed and encouraged.  The coaches are smart and teach proper technique and how to safely get fit.   I’ve been to many gyms and the combination of members and coaches at DT1 is rare.
